INVITATION FOR BIDS: Landscape Renovation Works - National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka

The National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka (NOC Sri Lanka) invites sealed bids from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the Landscape Renovation Works at the front premises of the NOC Sri Lanka.
Scope of Work
The proposed works include, but are not limited to, the following:
' Removal of existing interlocking paving blocks and reinstatement after raising the existing ground levels.
' Demolition and removal of the existing entrance canopy.
' Cutting and removal of five (05) palm trees located near the pond area.
' Reinstallation of the removed UNI-type paving blocks.
' Removal and relaying of existing 1' × 1' cut stone paving in the front area.
' Reinstallation of the removed concrete kerbs in front of the building.
' Supply, delivery, and installation of rough-finish natural granite slabs at the entrance floor area, including all necessary surface preparation.
'
Masonry works, including modification of existing manholes and provision for proper surface water drainage.

Submission of Bids
Interested contractors are requested to submit their sealed bids in accordance with the specified scope of work on or before 4.00 p.m. on 7 September 2026. The sealed bids should be addressed to Secretary General, NOC Sri Lanka, 100/9F, Independence Avenue, Colombo 07, Sri Lanka. Bidders are advised to visit the site and familiarize themselves with the existing conditions prior to pricing and submission.
The National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason and shall not be bound to accept the lowest or any bid.
